Graham Bowley's writing reminds me of Mark Bowden (Black Hawk Down). Love is Patient, Kind, it does not Boast, it Holds no records of wrong, it does not envy, it does not hurt. She also does very well at composing intricate, layered plots where the many characters are each able to interact consistently with their motivations.
